Patricia’s Company, LEADERS IN MOTION, specializes in leadership enhancement coaching for executives, individuals in new leadership roles, businesses and organizations. Patricia conducts interactive workshops and seminars on workplace concerns such as supervisory training, communication skills, conflict resolution, customer service, leadership enhancement and personal peak performance.

Patricia serves as an Executive Coach with The Ken Blanchard Companies and as a Senior Career Coach with CareerCurve. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Business & Technology Dept. at The College of St. Scholastica. In 2012, she developed and continues to manage the MBA Mentoring Program for the College.

Patricia serves on many Boards, is a Past President of Lake Superior Chapter of American Society for Training and Development and continues to mentor and train youth and adults in the Boy Scouts of America program. She has also served as a Coach and Facilitator for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. She is a member of Rotary International, Business Network International, Northland Human Resource Association, Wisconsin Alumni Association, Minnesota Coaches Association, International Coaches Federation, American Society for Training and Development, Boy Scouts of America and Philmont Staff Association.
