Patricia’s Company, LEADERS IN MOTION, specializes in leadership coaching for executives, individuals, businesses and organizations. Patricia conducts workshops on issues such as communication skills, conflict resolution, customer service, leadership enhancement and personal peak performance. She is a trained facilitator and leads strategic planning and group consensus.

Patricia also serves as an Executive Coach with the Ken Blanchard Co., supporting individuals who receive training in the Situational Leadership II Model.

Patricia serves on many Boards, is a Past President of Lake Superior Chapter of American Society for Training and Development, is an Adjunct Professor for Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and continues to mentor and train youth and adults in the Boy Scouts of America program. She has also served as a Coach and Facilitator for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. She is a member of Rotary International, Business Network International and Northland Human Resource Association.
